Meet The Founder
Morgan Bruce was a three-sport athlete growing up, with a more rigorous concentration on softball. She has played all positions, with most of her time as a pitcher and infielder. Her team performance and leadership led to her receiving multiple awards including the 2014 Virginia High School League (VHSL), “State Player of the Year.” She was a top and record breaking home run hitter and the captain of an undefeated state champion team in 2014. She also played for the Aftershock Fastpitch travel ball organization, based out of Virginia.

Morgan went on to play softball at West Virginia Wesleyan College as a pitcher, catcher, outfielder, and power hitter. She received a full scholarship based on her stellar athletic and academic abilities. Morgan started all four years and got to compete in conference, regional, and super regional tournament post-season tournaments, with an appearance in the D-II National Tournament in 2017, finishing #3 in the country.

Morgan’s coaching background includes serving as a head varsity coach, head travel ball coach, assistant high school volleyball coach, and club volleyball coach. In summer of 2024, Morgan will be the head coach of the Sarasota Circus team, which is apart of the Florida Gulf Coast League. The FCGL gathers collegiate players from all over the country to compete in a month-long tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This will be her first experience coaching college players.

She is a faithful attendant and servant of Bayside Community Church and God’s kingdom. She is honored to serve as a worship leader and worship event coordinator at the Fruitville Campus. The Lord has recently answered her prayers and launched her into her purpose which includes a special vision as a softball coach of a highly competitive, faith-based travel team. Her mission is to positively impact young athletes and to lead them with character, passion, and integrity.
